    731 Waterworks Road. This family home on the farm of Otto and Beatrice (nee Eacott) Gramenz, daughter Judy and son Paul is situated on the corner of Waterworks Road and Kilmaine Street, The Gap. On left in-bound just through the cutting with St. Johns Wood hill in background. When developed, the property was marketed as “Eaglefield Estate”, The Gap.
